Champagne is the ultimate festive drink, but how do you serve it properly? Here are our tips:

First, the temperature, ideally between 8°C and 12°C. Then, open the cork gently, avoiding popping it and causing the wine to bubble. Then, choose the glass: ideally a white wine glass or flute, washed with pure, hot water and dried with a clean cloth (definitely no dish soap, which would create very coarse bubbles).

How to serve: tilted or upright glass? It doesn't matter, but the pouring must always be done delicately to maintain a beautiful effervescence.
